Can I use canned tomatoes?
Use about 400 g chopped canned tomatoes instead of fresh. Check the salt on the label and adjust seasoning.
Why is the sauce thin?
The tomatoes may contain lots of water. Simmer uncovered a little longer before adding pasta.
